The association’s purpose
The Western Washington Taxicab Operators Association (WWTCOA) described itself as a not-for-profit membership association promoting fairness, justice and transparency in Seattle’s taxi industry. Its work brought drivers together around regulation, safety, service, representation and a stronger collective voice.
The association’s 2016–2018 pages recorded nearly 500 owners and drivers and a 15-member elected leadership council. Those figures describe that historical period; they are not a count of today’s membership or a current council roster.

Later notices address airport trip fees and emergency pandemic assistance. Their instructions and circumstances belong to 2020.
