Taxi membership
Drivers Union’s taxi page is a current participation route. Read its own conditions and privacy information before entering personal details.
Driver and vehicle questions
Use the County’s driver training and application links for the driver route, and Seattle’s owner guidance for vehicle and lease questions. The joint laws and fees page explains the division of responsibilities.
Airport operations
Use the Port of Seattle’s On-Demand Taxi Program for its operating documents and contacts. The passenger taxi page answers passenger pick-up questions.
Prepare a clear first question
State the topic, what you have already checked and what needs confirmation. Do not send case files, driver numbers, passwords or card details in a public message. No contact form on this site collects that information.
