What the original survey concerned

The 2016 dispatch announcement asked drivers for feedback about their dispatch system. It is part of the association’s record, not an open research survey in 2026.

A useful record for today

  1. Write the date, time and the system or agency involved.
  2. Describe what you expected and what actually appeared.
  3. Separate a system error from an unanswered question about an agency policy.
  4. Record any support reference and the response you received.
  5. State the next action you are requesting.

Keep passenger details, account credentials and payment data out of public messages. Use the agency’s confirmed support route for private information.

A fictional example

At [time] I could not access [function] on the dispatch system. The screen displayed [message]. I reported it through [support route] and received reference [reference]. Please confirm whether the issue is resolved and what I should do before returning to that function.

This is a drafting example, not a form that sends a report. Check the driver, vehicle and dispatch record.
